Minimum Contract Duration :– The minimum contract period with Digital Neeraj Digital Marketing Company is 6 months. In the event of early termination without prior notice, the customer is liable for three months’ charges.

Expectation Setting:– To foster a long-term business relationship, it is imperative that the client possesses a clear understanding of the Scope of Work and Delivery Expectations before project commencement. We strongly advise against commencing any project without a comprehensive grasp of the targeted outcomes.

Role of Partners and Head of Delivery: – All our partners are industry subject-matter experts with a collective experience of 10 years in this field. They function as the think tank overseeing project growth and implementation. Bi-weekly audits under their guidance ensure project alignment with objectives, and they may assist in achieving marketing goals if client ownership is transferred.

Dependencies and Content Reviews Management :– Timely closure of dependencies and content reviews is vital once a project is initiated. Digital Neeraj aims to provide monthly dependencies well in advance. Clients are requested to review planned website content within 3 days.

Changing Strategies:- The digital landscape is dynamic, necessitating occasional changes in strategy. Clients will always be informed of strategy modifications along with the rationale behind them.

Challenging the Expertise: – Digital Neeraj boasts a team of Subject Matter Experts with substantial industry experience. They will always act in the best interest of the client’s business. If a client wishes to implement a different approach than what the team suggests, they assume sole responsibility for the outcomes of the strategy shift.

**Gestation Time**: – Paid campaigns require time to identify effective frameworks and approaches for a specific client. In the first month, we may allocate initial experiment ad budgets to optimize results. While we strive for a quick turnaround, each client’s unique identity may necessitate a customized approach.

**Handling of Data**: – Data analytics and management are integral to marketing. We use client data, with their consent, to enhance campaign performance. Rest assured, we never sell client data to third parties and prioritize 100% data security.

**Financial Discussions**: – All financial and new work discussions should exclusively occur with members of the Business Team, led by Neeraj.

**Work Related Discussions**: – For work-related concerns, contact the designated project executive. If the issue remains unresolved, escalate it directly to Neeraj Mourya.

**Client-Side Engagement**: – We expect regular client-side engagement based on project requirements to minimize risks and maximize desired outcomes.

**Work Timings and Knowledge Center Activity**: – We conduct regular knowledge sessions and training in our learning center to keep up with the evolving field of marketing. Our work timings are from Monday to Friday: 10 am to 7 pm.

**Avoiding Miscommunications**: – Miscommunications may occur when different teams collaborate. Acknowledge these instances and move forward positively. To prevent miscommunication, it is advisable to limit discussions to the work group.

**Handling Escalations**: – Work-related escalations or disappointments should not be posted on the working group. Share them with the Project Head for prompt intervention.

**Code of Conduct**: 1. Use of inappropriate language or abusive behavior towards any employee on the working group will result in immediate project termination by Digital Neeraj. 2. Poaching of Digital Neeraj employees may lead to engagement termination.

Invoices and Billing:-1. Adhering to agreed payment terms is crucial. Payments are advised to be made before the first week of the subsequent month. Projects commence upon receipt of advance payment and confirmation from the client.

2. Any new work beyond the project scope will result in separate billing. The scope agreement can be documented as an addendum to the existing MOU.

**Notice Period**: – Either party can terminate the association by providing one-month prior notice.
